Processing Time:
Our quoted turnaround time is 7-10 working days. A working day starts at 9am and ends at 5pm, Monday to Friday. UK Bank Holidays are not included as a working day. This turnaround time is not to be taken as a guarantee of production times and should be taken as an estimate. No compensation will be offered for any orders that fall outside of this production estimate.
Where do we ship from?
All of our orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.
Delivery Time:
Delivery time varies depending on the size of your order, chosen delivery method and the destination. These times are applicable after the 7-10 working day production time.
UK: 1-5 days
Europe: 1-3 weeks
USA: 3-7 days
Australia: 1-3 weeks
Canada: 1-3 weeks
Rest of the world: 1-3 weeks

Missing or Damaged Items:
Once your order is with Royal Mail we are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to help recover your packages
